Thomas Lai, Esq. is the principal of the Law Office of Thomas Lai.  Mr. Lai immigrated from Taiwan to the United States at the age of six and was primarily educated in the United States.  He has assimilated to the American norms and behaviors but still retains traditional Chinese values and culture.

Prior to establishing the Law Firm of Thomas Lai, he has interned for Justice Leslie G. Leach of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, worked as an attorney for Deloitte in Westfield, New Jersey, Dai & Associates, P.C. in New York, New York and Marzec Law Firm in New York, New York.

Mr. Lai is has over 10 years of legal experience and is licensed to practice in State of New York and New Jersey.  He focuses his practice on real estate transactions, landlord and tenant disputes and civil litigation. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Lai speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
